Susy has over 20 years experience as a resident involvement and community development consultant. She has a BA (Hons) and a Teaching Certifcate (Hons) and her previous employment career includes working as a teacher and an estate manager for a TMO.

She has a track record as an Independent Advisor on large stock option, transfer, regeneration and ALMO projects as well as developing several tenant management organisations.

Susy piloted and wrote the Guide to Using Residents as Mystery Shoppers, which was grant funded by the Housing Corporation and recently led the ATIC team of consultants who were commissioned by CLG to draft the new 2008 Right to Manage Guidance.
