Rob has a BA (Hons) and over twenty years experience working in regeneration and community development across a wide range of organisations in the social housing sector.

He has led on major borough-wide stock option appraisals, regeneration and transfer projects.  He is currently the Independent Advisor to residents of Grahame Park estate, in Barnet, on a £500 million project and to residents of Newham on a range of regeneration projects throughout the borough. Rob is also supporting the residents of Salford to establish thier new housing association.

He is a highly experienced trainer working with both staff and residents across the sector, specialising in TP reviews and training on customer care and involvement, resident involvement, regeneration and project management.
