Judy is the team-co-ordinator and oversees Solon’s reception and admin service. She sets up client mailing lists, organises print runs and information drops, and keeps residents in touch with their consultant if they are out of the office. She is in charge of Solon’s payment and invoice systems and administration of the freephone help-line. Judy is chair of her local residents’ association and a community leader working with young people in Hackney.
