Chichi has nine years experience working in the community and regeneration sector. She has a BSc in Economics and Politics and an MSc in Globalisation and Development. Her employment career includes working as a Community Involvement Co-ordinator for a major housing group and as a Research Executive for Ipsos Mori.

Chichi’s strategic work includes the creation of Resident Involvement toolkits, community involvement menus of services, Resident Charter reviews, Service Level Agreements and Impact Assessments.

She has wide experience as an ITA and is currently working on two transfer projects, Rushey Green and Forest Hill, in Lewisham. She is an experienced trainer and her expertise also covers research and surveys.
