Andrew has worked in social housing for over 25 years and has an MA in Social and Political Science and an MSc in Social Policy (Hons). He has extensive project management experience, including managing major regeneration projects, service improvement reviews, private finance initiatives and the strategic delivery of decent homes.

Andrew has a wealth of experience leading major consultation projects and reviewing organisational policies and structures. He has done extensive work on re-housing residents in the charitable, housing association and local authority sectors, advising them of their rights and working with both residents and landlords to negotiate decant programmes and new tenancies. He is currently advising residents on the Aylesbury estate in Southwark on housing support issues relating to the estate’s regeneration. Part of this work involves assessing the effectiveness of communications through survey techniques.
Andrew’s other area of expertise includes work on transfers and housing association mergers and engaging customers in procurement processes.
