Leadership programmes for community groups

We provide a modular training programme covering a range of topics from which participants can choose to build their portfolio. Participants can dip in and out of the programme and customise the training to meet their individual requirements, capacity and availability.

We undertake 1 to 1s to build personal and professional development profiles, with support and mentoring to build self confidence and a ‘can do’ culture.
